This class is designed for pizza lovers, home bakers, and aspiring pizzaiolos who want to master the Italian Biga method and create pizzeria-quality Neapolitan pizzas at home. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration levels, gluten structure, and the science behind achieving the perfect airy, chewy, and charred crust.

🍕 Hands-On Menu:
  1. Margherita – San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Marinara – Tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, extra virgin olive oil (no cheese).
  3. Verdure Rustica – Roasted bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, basil pesto.
  4. Quattro Formaggi – Mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, ricotta.
  5. Melanzana e Ricotta – Tomato sauce, grilled eggplant, ricotta, basil.
  6. Pollo Piccante – Tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy grilled chicken, red chilies
  7. BBQ Chicken – Smoky BBQ sauce, mozzarella, grilled chicken, caramelized onions.
  8. Tandoori Chicken – Spiced tandoori chicken, mozzarella, onions, mint yogurt drizzle.
