This class is designed for pizza lovers, home bakers, and aspiring pizzaiolos who want to master the Italian Biga method and create pizzeria-quality Neapolitan pizzas at home. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of dough fermentation, hydration levels, gluten structure, and the science behind achieving the perfect airy, chewy, and charred crust.

🍕 Hands-On Menu:
  1. Margherita
    Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil, and olive oil.
  2. Marinara
    Tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, and olive oil. 
  3. Verdure Rustica
    Roasted bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and basil pesto sauce.
  4. Quattro Formaggi
    A mix of four cheeses: mozzarella, gorgonzola, parmesan, and ricotta.
  5. Melanzana e Ricotta
    Tomato sauce, grilled eggplant, ricotta cheese, and basil.
  6. Pollo Piccante
    Tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, spicy grilled chicken, and red chilies.
  7. BBQ Chicken
    BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, and caramelized onions.
  8.  Tandoori Chicken
    Tandoori-spiced chicken, mozzarella cheese, onions, and a mint yogurt topping.
