Refund and replacement

All courses require advance payment.

The course can be transferred, but only for that day. If a student makes the advance payment, he can transfer the course on the same day only. If he/transferee does not turn up, the institute is not liable to conduct the courses and the fee shall not be refundable.

Refund Policy for Short 1-2 Day Courses

In case the class is cancelled within 24 hours from the start of class, there is NO REFUND.

If the class is cancelled 2 days before the start of class, 70% of the fee will be refunded.

If the class is cancelled 3 days before the start of class, 100% of the fee will be refunded.

**Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the course is cancelled by the institute, full refund will be paid within 7 working days.

Refund Policy for Certification Courses

No refund/cancellation/transfer of seats/change of course will be allowed once the admission is confirmed.

No refund will be given if the student leaves the institute before he / she completes the course.

Cook and Bake with Deepali Institute reserves the right to review fees at any time, cancel/postpone a class at any time without assigning any reason thereof.

If the course is cancelled by the institute, full refund will be paid within 7 working days.
